30-day reflection period

You have 30 days to return your purchase, starting from the day of receipt. No questions asked, no hassle.

How to return?

1. Send an email to info@richifly.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive a return label from us within 1 business day.
3. Pack the product carefully — preferably in its original packaging.
4. Send the package using the provided return label.

Conditions

• The product is unused or lightly used and in its original condition.
• The original packaging is present (if possible).
• You report the return within 30 days of receipt.

Refund

After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order.
