Let your dog play on its own, without you having to throw.
Your dog drops the ball into the opening and the launcher fires it back at one of 3 adjustable distances (3 to 10 metres). After 2-3 training sessions most dogs get the hang of it, and then you can sit back and watch or get on with something else.
- ✓3 adjustable throwing distances: 3-10 metres
- ✓Random mode for unpredictable throws
- ✓Your dog drops the ball in the opening, the launcher fires it back
- ✓After 2-3 training sessions your dog plays completely on its own
For many breeds, fetching is a deep-rooted instinct. A dog that can regularly fetch on its own is calmer at home and less likely to get boisterous.

Remote control, built-in safety.
Control the launcher with the remote from up to 30 metres away. The device runs a self-test on start-up and switches off automatically after 30 minutes. With 6 hours of battery life you can use it anywhere — garden, park, field — no power socket needed.
- ✓Remote with up to 30 metres of range: control it from where you are
- ✓Self-test on start-up: the device checks itself
- ✓Automatic switch-off after 30 minutes
- ✓6 hours on a single charge — works without a power socket too
- ✓Compact and light: easy to take to the garden or park
The auto-off stops your dog from overdoing it. For most dogs, 30 minutes of intensive fetch is already a complete session.

Soft balls, gentle on teeth.
ETPU is a light, flexible material that is softer than rubber and has none of the abrasive fuzz of tennis balls. So your dog's tooth enamel doesn't wear down, even with daily fetch. You get 5 ETPU balls in the box and can easily order more.
- ✓5 ETPU balls included, ready to use straight away
- ✓ETPU is softer than rubber, kinder to teeth than a tennis ball
- ✓No tennis ball fuzz wearing down tooth enamel
- ✓6-pack or 12-pack available for longer sessions
Tennis ball fuzz acts like sandpaper on teeth. Dogs that fetch tennis balls for years have visibly worn-down molars. ETPU solves that problem completely.
Why the Premium XL makes the difference 🎾
Throwing by hand works fine — until your arm gets tired, your dog still wants more, and tennis balls wear down your dog's teeth. The Premium XL tackles both problems: your arm gets a rest, and your dog fetches balls that are gentle on teeth. The result: a dog that has burned off its energy and is nice and calm at home.
5 ETPU balls included. For longer or frequent sessions, add a 6-pack or 12-pack.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know about the Premium XL
Still unsure? Below are the questions we get asked most. Question not listed? Just send us a message.
Which dogs is the Premium XL suitable for?
Suitable for dogs that love to fetch and bring balls back, whatever their breed or size. Always use under supervision and in a safe open space. Read: which ball size for which dog?
How far does the remote reach?
Up to 30 metres. So you can sit back on a bench or stand a little way off while your dog fetches.
How many balls do I get?
You get 5 ETPU balls in the box. For longer or frequent sessions you can order a 6-pack or 12-pack of ETPU balls.
Why ETPU instead of a tennis ball?
Tennis balls have an abrasive fuzzy layer that wears away your dog's tooth enamel over time. ETPU is a flexible, soft material that is tooth-friendly and suitable for daily fetch. Read: ETPU vs tennis balls.
How do I get my dog used to it?
First leave the launcher switched off and let your dog sniff it calmly. Then throw an ETPU ball by hand a few times so the smell and material become familiar. After that, start with the lowest throw setting. Most dogs get it within one session.
Can I use the launcher outside in the rain?
The launcher is designed for dry use. It's fine to take it into the garden or park, but don't leave it out in the pouring rain or let it fall into puddles. Read: using a ball launcher outdoors — surface, rain and distance.
Why does the launcher switch off after 30 minutes?
It's a built-in safety feature. It stops the device from overheating and helps prevent your dog from overdoing it. For most dogs, 30 minutes of intensive fetch is already a complete session.
What if the launcher shows a fault?
The launcher runs a self-test on start-up. If a fault is detected, it will let you know. For technical questions or warranty claims, our customer service team is ready to help via WhatsApp or the contact page, usually replying within 1 working day.
