Hoe fijn is het dat je je katten op meerdere momenten per dag kan voeren en volgen. Je wordt heel vriendelijk en uitgebreid geholpen, voor en na je aankoop. De voerbak was de volgende dag in huis. Heel degelijk, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten. De camera is heel scherp, ook in het donker. Heel betrouwbaar!

De klantenservice is fenomenaal en heeft me met veel geduld geholpen. Nu werkt hij als een tierelier. Heb er geen omkijken meer naar. Top producten maar ook een hele fijne klantenservice die heel erg met je meedenkt. Wat ik ook prettig vind is dat het een Nederlands product is.

Ik ben heel tevreden van de automatische voederbak. Het is heel gemakkelijk te installeren en het fijne is dat ik ook op afstand mijn katten kan bekijken. Wat het voor mij nog beter maakt is dat ook de klantenservice top is. Ze zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken en doen al het mogelijke wanneer er een probleem is. Kortom, top!
