Yes. The self-cleaning XXL 72L litter box is designed for households with 1 to 3 cats. It cleans itself automatically after every use, so every cat always finds a clean box.
How quickly is the litter box ready to use?
Setup takes about 15 minutes on average. Fill the box with clumping cat litter, connect it to your WiFi via the app and set the cleaning times. After that it runs fully automatically.
Which cat litter works best?
The litter box works best with fine-grained clumping cat litter — tofu, bentonite or silica litter all work well.
Will my cat get used to the automatic litter box?
Most cats get used to it within 1 to 2 weeks. We recommend starting the cleaning cycle manually for the first few days, so your cat isn't startled by the sound.
How long is the warranty?
All litter boxes come with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. On top of that, there's a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the box, you can send it back free of charge.
How do I connect the litter box to the app?
Download the free Prime AnimalZ app (iOS and Android) and create an account. The litter box connects via 2.4 GHz WiFi. Follow the step-by-step setup guide in the app.
