How does the self-cleaning button work?+
After each session, press the self-cleaning button once. Ten seconds of steam fully cleans the inside of the head. Then remove the loose hair, rinse the outside with water, and let it dry.
How often should I brush my cat or dog with the S900A?+
For short-haired pets, once a week is enough. For long-haired breeds like Maine Coon, Ragdoll, or Norwegian Forest Cat, we recommend two to three times a week. Dogs with thick undercoats — Labrador, Husky, or Golden Retriever — benefit most from the wide 13 cm head and longer runtime.
What kind of water should I use?+
Regular tap water. Do not add essential oils, vinegar, or other substances. Oils are toxic to cats and damage the tank and steam head over time.
